Action: talk with Cellcom before the hike and ask them not to increase the price / to match new-subscriber offers. Scan their website for current offers before calling. Decision rule from Amit: willing to pay about +₪20/month for TV, but if TV vs no-TV is more like +₪50/month, downgrade from TV to internet-only or consider switching to a better internet-only/fiber option, possibly 2.5Gb instead of the current 1Gb.
